Jodi spent the first 15-yrs of her career as a hands-on COO of a rapidly growing architecture firm, as they grew from $1 to $10M. Since that time, she’s been a turn-around CEO, and advised hundreds of clients across the globe, including both seasoned and first-time founders of companies ranging from seed stage to +$200M. While Jodi provides on-call decision support to her 1:1 clients, she also facilitates strategic leadership conversations and convenes roundtables for founders and CEOs. Jodi has a degree in Psychology from Loyola University, a Certificate in Facilitation from Johns Hopkins and recently completed the Neuroscience of Business program through MIT.
